Folk dancing at the Wieledansers
The Wieledansers are a folk dancing group in Wageningen. We do dances from America, England, Russia, the Balkan, Turkey, Israel etc.
We have weekly lessons for members, on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. in the sports hall at Marijkeweg 1 [map]
About once a month, usually Friday evenings, we also have a "danscafé",
an informal ball that is open to members as well as non-members. There
is a bar, and of course a lot of folk dancing.
These danscafés are in the community centre "De Nude", Kortestraat 2.

Each year at the start of the season we organize a free "Bring your Friend" evening followed by a 3-evening introduction course {"kennismakingscursus") in the sports hall indicated above.
